I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience working with adults, children, couples, and families across a variety of settings. I earned my Master’s Degree from Columbia University, specializing in Trauma-Focused Therapy.
With a particular interest in life-transitions, I focus on women’s mental health across the life-span. Using an integrated, trauma-informed approach, I draw heavily from my training in Somatic Psychotherapy, EMDR Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness based models to support clients with practical skill building to address a wide range of challenges and difficult life experiences.
Whether you are looking to increase your ability to manage the strain of recent or upcoming transitions, or seeking to gain clarity about how past experiences are impacting you, my goal is to support your personal growth and self-awareness.
When not in private practice, I am a Senior Social Worker at The Motherhood Center of NY supervising clinicians and working with moms experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs).
